Messed up textures and No ground clutter after update

Anyone else having this happen? Im on The island and ALL my ground clutter is gone and sliders wont work and the ground textures are all scuffy looking. I run everything on Epic but with these textures and no gorund clutter it looks terrible

Mine were fine.

I'd go ahead and do a few things to you and whoever mentioned SE was borked.

RE-Validate your ARK installation.
Launch ARK but use the Reset Resolution option and reset your settings. The last few updates, had reset my in-game settings for Medium Presets - but I can handle Epic on this PC.
Re-verify your GPU drivers as well... sometimes being one or two behind doesn't break anything... until a new patch comes in.

Thank you for the response. I already did all those things. I run on Epic settings as well but the ground textures look terrible

Yep, mine looks weird, and each time I come back from the boss arena the ground is invisible. I'd guess it's just the easter event and it will go back to normal once the event is over

This is the result of incompetent "developers" and Studio Failcard.
They don't know how to design a product and they don't have QA before launching an update.

I like the lower ground clutter. I always have it at the lowest setting possible and this is even better. :D

I have the exact same problem, my textures are usually on medium but still everywhere where it was either sand or grass it is now a dark looking dirt... It looks horrible close to beaches and kills imersion.

Same Problem in Single- and Multiplayer here. Resetting Resolution won't help ! Ground is looking terrible on epic settings

Furthermore I can tell it did not help to deactivate the Event in the Server Settings. The Problem with the low ground resolution is persistent.
