Dedicated server not updating to new version

Hi, I have a dedicated server and have been trying to update to the new version but it still shows as 309.53

I used these commands to update the server

Steam> login anonymous
Steam> force_install_dir <install_dir>
Steam> app_update 376030 validate
Steam> exit

It's a windows server

Having the same problem. Been trying to get it to work the last 3 hours. Giving up for the night.

Even after your server fully starts?... patch version wont change till its fully up.

yes, it looks like it started but it shows the old version and doesn't even show up on the server list
I don't know if there's something else i need to do that I'm missing

Dunno why yours is having an issue. Mine updated fine a while ago.

Try again I suppose. Maybe your local steam server is a little slow to updated.

how did you do the update?

I just hit the update check button in ASM, and then waited 20 minutes for it to do it.

I had this issue initially with my server. I had to force SteamCMD validation through lgsm and it updated to the latest version. From what I understand the issue is related to SteamCMD not being completely up to date yet.

just fixed by installing the server from the steam client and transferring the saved files

So no servers are update to 326,6 ? i am wondering becuse my server doesnt show up on list so i thought it was becuse it didnt run the latest realse.

326.6 is CLIENT version, server version is different and listed as 326.3 as of this moment

How do you force a uptade through steam cmd?
