SSAO issue.

Screen space ambient occlusion seems to disable itself depending on the direction I happen to be looking. I can consistently toggle it on and off by rotating my camera back and forth over the same orientation point. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?

Specs:
I7 7700K
MSI Thunderbolt MB
16G DDR4 3000
EVGA GTX 970 FTW
Windows 10 Home Edition
-all drivers up to date

I think others are reporting this as flickering with light quality chaging as you change orientation, might be worth posting this in the bug reports at survive the ark

It's a known issue, especially for Ragnarok.

Haven't seen it on Scorched Earth however.

Turn down your resolution scale slider just a hair, I mean as little a hairline as you can move it. Hit save, poof SSAO turning off while looking at the sun issue removed.

I had to move my resolution scale all the way up to maximim for it to work
Only having this problem on the crystal isles map
