I don't think they drop commonly from beacons, but I would say the purple ones based on level in scorched earth.

May want to get a beacons mod to augment the loot table to be better.

No arrogance was meant or intended in that post. On the beacon page on the wiki, it used to show scorched earth drops. But thanks for pointing out my flaws.
