official server, not showing up anymore in multiplayer list

everythin gin the title, official server isnt showing up anymore, in the server selection list, some are, but most arent, (specialy server i play on ...) any "idea" on how to fix that ?

it's either down for updating or still needs to be updated to the latest version so you can see it.

Official PVE Ragnarok 72 doesnt work too for hours!

I am still surprised there is no "official" announcement about these servers being down. No tweets, no pinned posts, if there is an issue we should at least be properly informed.

on our server its from Friday.. 70 + people sent tickets and still no reply.
