Loot Drop .ini settings

How exactly would I go about removing certain items from loot crates (all types, including cave and underwater)? I run a server with the AutoEngrams mod, so when I open a loot crate and it has a blueprint for a metal wall, I'm pretty disappointed. Is there a (somewhat) easy way to remove a bunch of useless bps from the loot tables in the .ini settings?
