Can't see Item description

So you know how u have to put your cursor on the icon of the item you want to craft and it shows its requirements?
Yea its not showing for me anyone else having a problem, and is there a fix?

There is also a toggle button in the inventory for this function.

In the INVENTORY or CRAFTING panel click TOGGLE TOOLTIPS (top right of this panel)

G will activate TOGGLE TOOLTIPS
Q will display the item names in inventory
