Can't see body underwater?

So, finally unlocked the scubagear and dived down for the first time. First and foremost, scary place. Secondly, I died to a pleisosaur, not too surprising, but what was, is my body and bag are both missing. I know underwater can be a distorting place, but I know where I died and the bag/body is literally poofed, vanished. We tried the same with fodder bodies, both happened just just disappear. Anyone else experiencing this?

idk but really if ur gonna try and tame a plesiosaur, try entering an underwater resource cave and hope its not able to case u inside, and from there its straight forward

Oh we were not trying to tame it, it was my first encounter with it and we were simply exploring. When it killed me and I went back for my body, well, it just wasn't there. No light, no bag, no corpse, nothing.

1. It probably ate your body, leaving a bag on the sea floor below where you died.
2. If you were more than 15 minutes getting back to where you died, the bag decomposed.
3. The bag may have fallen through the floor.
Either way, it's gone. Tough luck about the new scuba gear.

odd, and yea if u think the plesiosaurus is bad, u aint seen the true terrors of the deep ranging from annoying as hell eels, Giant squids and Mosasaurs, including alpha squids and alpha mosasaur's cause those things show no mercy to u at all....and in my opinion the Squid and the eel are the worst to tame cause they are passive tames despite them being aggressive

Also, I note you say "we". Maybe you should tranq your tribemates and see if they have your scuba gear!!!!
