Oil in Ragnarok

How do I get oil? In the servers where I play all fountains are locked with a code. There are also no oil stones. How do I fix this? And are there any oil-stones in Ragnarok in the update?

There are a lot of oil rock nodes in the ice cave filled with bears by the frozen lake.

In the large ice caves near Viking Bay there are oil rocks. Also if you see a beached whale that has oil too just needs to be harvested.

Usually there where Oil Nodes (Rocks) in the Ice Cave above Viking Bay.
But they look more frozen then usual. But i remember that there was once a bug that rendered them invisible, but could be mined with an Anky though.

If i remember correctly there are also oil nodes in the river within the canyon area.

They aren´t on the resource map but there are definitely a few oil rocks under water in viking bay, one about 19/33 right next to the "rock bridge formation". Also there´s a small pearl cave right where this oil node is.
But the easiest way to get a steady supply on oil is to get some dung beetles, they wander around at the cursed shores/plains so you just have to pick one with a flyer and bring it home.
