Well hot airballoons should be 1 shotable with any kind of gun anyway.

I'm curious as to what you'd expect from a hot air balloon in ARK. It's not a bad idea, but what function do you see it having?

Just a kind of relaxing toy to get a beautiful view? Or would you actually use it to travel around, being able to control it somehow? I don't think hot air balloons are known for transporting things, unless they go full on Hindenburg with it...but that was a blimp anyway.

I suppose it could have a use to spot PVP raiders at a distance, but that won't work until the view distance is improved.

well' floating around no doubt,,, what do you mean what would I do with them "There hot air balloons man",,, deffinately controlable would be good, platform build would be realy cool, then could put some cannon up there *;P but even if there just for floating around, maybe they could have a decent haul load or something, or at least we could parachute from them... doesn't need to be historicaly accurate, even though so much about this game is ☼;P
