Mod stuck on 100, help needed

my friend is trying to install mods, 21 of them, but when he trys, the first mod is death helper, which is 3 mb, gets stuck on 100% and does not do anything after that. what does he do?

Mods tend to get stuck like that when downloading from a server. Tell him to wait it out or he can do what I instructed below.

Tell your friend to unsubscribe to Death Helper in the workshop and resubscribe. Tell your friend to start the game and wait for it to download. Then try to go into the game. If they get stuck on another mod do the same thing.

when he downloads the mod he cant find the server.
