How to get inventory descriptions back in new HUD

Somehow I have removed the inventory item descriptions. The old HUD had a way to do it (cant remember but the shortcut was in the inventory HUD itself) but I cant find the key/setting/icon to get them back now. Anyone? Thanks in advance.

Hmmm. Neither one of those things are working. Just to be clear, what I mean is when you go into an inventory, there is text within each box what the item is displayed and is always on, not just when you click or mouse over it.

What I have inadvertenly done is remove that text. (I know a lot of advanced players would remove this to unclutter the inventories, but I prefer to keep the descriptions active).


EDIT. Turns out I had some screenshots from the old interface. The "Text Overlay" toggle (when inside an inventory) is Q . This is not mentioned in the keyboard layout options other than Q toggles fists normally (when not inside an inventory) :-)

i did the same thing and yup it was the Q button....Thanks for the post
