my guess at this point would be the slow internet i mention there ^
"-I have internet provided by USB connected to my laptop and router near it. In router there is place to plug in this USB also."
Not familiar with this setup, but is there a way to connect vie a regular cat5 cable?
What type of internet service do you have? DSL, Cable or 3G-4G (phone system)?
Is there any way to fix it?
Do you know how to access and mess with your router?
Edit: I mean by a browser, not actually opening your router.
I think I know how to access, but I don't think I can mess.
How is it going on your side?
Have you sent a ticket to get some help from our technical support if needed?
Let us know,
Best,
Hi Nitrado, It is not your fault I think, it can be my own internet issue, which i cannot fix :(
However, I can send a ticket.
