Random disconnecting while playing. HELP
Hello, since I bought ARK: Survival Evolved I am being affected by really big problem, which nobody knows how to solve. Let me explain:
My problem is conducted by "Lost conncection to host" or "Unable to connect to server" phrases, while playing or joining the server. By random moments, while playing I mean doing anything on server like harvesting, taming, fighting or even walking and afking (absolutely anything).
You can see one of this moments on the clip below:

http://plays.tv/video/59452c18b9ae17b02e/random-moment

Before I get DCed I suffer from a huge game freeze (you can hear my friends talking about things) and then I got moved out to main menu.

Second moment when it happens is when I am joing the server sometimes it freezes for about 1 minute on "Snapshot_16" written on loading bar.

Third situaton is also while loading and when it comes to map appear (last phase of loading) it freezes and DC like mentionned before.

Now (probably) important information that can help you help me solving this.
-Server is hosted by nitrado.net in Germany (I am from Poland, my friends too)
-My friends don't have this problem, I know nobody in private who has same problem
-Disconnects are made every 2-15 minutes. (It's miracle when I got to 15 minutes without DC)
-Sometimes there are "disconnect chains" when I got DCed 3-5 times in a row within 0.5 sec from appearing in the server.
-My specs: Intel Core i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59G Hz; GTX 960M; RAM 8GB; ASUS
-I have internet provided by USB connected to my laptop and router near it. In router there is place to plug in this USB also. (I am bad at Informatics)
-Problem occurs on Scorched Earth, Ragnarok and TheIsland map, haven't played TheCenter yet.
-The game works for me in 50 to 60 FPS after reducing some options.

If you need some more information, I can give it all, but add me to friends in that case.
I really like to play this game like other people, so I am totally dependent on your help. It is very flustrating when you try to tame something or go for a journey or cave and when you are back on server you and your creatures are dead. ("You drowned", "You died from fall damage", "You got killed by..", "Your creature was kiled by..")

Merci.

Try connecting a cable from ur router directly to ur laptop , wifi connections tend to be "less reliable" for online gaming

my guess at this point would be the slow internet i mention there ^

Not familiar with this setup, but is there a way to connect vie a regular cat5 cable?
What type of internet service do you have? DSL, Cable or 3G-4G (phone system)?

I use 3G-4G and currently there is 4G on. There is no cable to connect my router with my laptop either.

My bet is this, 3g-4g is flaky and even has lag from weather and such (just like any phone) because it uses phone towers and radio waves to transmit data. Its likely your having an ISP lag that is causing you to timeout or lag out of the game

Do you know how to access and mess with your router?

Edit: I mean by a browser, not actually opening your router.

I think I know how to access, but I don't think I can mess.

Hi Blue Merci,

How is it going on your side?
Have you sent a ticket to get some help from our technical support if needed?

Let us know,

Hi Nitrado, It is not your fault I think, it can be my own internet issue, which i cannot fix :(
However, I can send a ticket.
