Map made unoffiocially that is now officially supported. It has Griffins.

Added the ice worm queens and griffians to the island.

Are the griffins actually any good? I haven't bothered to look up videos of them because the stats on the wiki say they have extremely low health. Like, dodo style.

Griffins are insanely hard to capture without entraping them first,
Their speed is rather high,
Their dive attack is insanely fast,
Their stanima lasts for about 2km at mid lvl.
Weight seems to be same area as argie.

All up think of it as an improved argie just makes taming quetz look easy.

really useful because their dive generates momentum that can be carried on throughout flying. higher lvls have up to 10k hp and their dive has a big aoe and damage if you time it correctly.

Oh and are they unable to have their movement speed increased like the rest of the flyers?

yes their move speed cant be increased but the dive makes up for that, making it one of the faster fliers
