Base Locations For SinglePlayer?

Okay, I deleted my other thread because I wasn't to detailed there....
What I'm Looking for is generally a nice spot where I can build a medium/Small Sized base, for me and my dino companions.
I know about a few in the center and the island, But I want to hear suggestions from more! (Yes I'm watching vids too but I like to hear from more then that)
So I'm Looking for base locations in:
Ragnarok & Scorched Earth

What I'm looking for/Covered in parts:
Scortched Earth
1) Small base:
- Access to water vein
- A bit secluded if possible from non nice dinos( Terror Birds mainly, and Ik they spawn random but I want to avoid them)
- Close to resources ( Not at the spot but not too far either
2) Medium/Large Base
- Flat ground/Or with levels so its possible to expand up or down.
- Acess to Water
- Prefferably not so close to the Dragon cracks( Yeah thats what I call their nesting place)
- Maybe a bit hard to get to( High up or tricky)
Ragnarok
1) Small/Medium Base
- Acess to water
- Prefferably on 'flat' ground, so I can atleast put 4-8 Foundations in a square without getting errors.

These aren't required, but I got a comment that it would be nice with what Im looking for.
And dont worry, I wont get mad about any locations! As I will check them all out later when I get access to my computer.
- All help is welcomed with open arms!
-Also if you have any tips on which dino its best to tame first in either Ragnarok or Scorched, lemme know!

Wow u should definately check out ragnarok , there is ruins there near water and a waterfall , u can build in nicely there the coords are around 20,30
U can build upwards toward the ruins u can build over the water u can even keep fish tames!! I got my ice wyvern in it atm

Currently a medium base but i can still expand more then i can imagine or need

(Fish nearby , rare flowers , water , stone , wood etc just about all u need to start up till u get ur first flyer)

I like to build mine on the right side of viking bay on ragnarok. Little to no threats other than a potential rex spawn, and ready access to almost all resources other than some of the scorched earth ones. Not much space though. You would have to build on the beach or one of the flat overhangs.

Thanks for the suggestion! And yeah Ragnarok is <3 Ill note the cords down for later when I get on! Its just that when I'm in otherwise im like: 0.0 Shiz idek where to settle down...

Thanks for the suggestion! And yeah Ragnarok is <3 Ill note the cords down for later when I get on! Its just that when I'm in otherwise im like: 0.0 Shiz idek where to settle down...

I believe the closest spawn is viking 1
Itll take a lil walk to the coords and there is some nasty dino allong the way but it is doable (more precise coords are 23 , 32 its pretty nice)

Ooh when u reach the coords watchout for this small annoying bird that wants ur fish.. cus if u dont give it to him hes gonna go at u xD

XD I got kille by a flock of dodos once because I didnt wanna harm em, i got stuck in a rock, and i had kinda stolen their eggs..<_< XD The thing I hate at begginer lvl is the raptors..Sometimes dilos but theyre only annoyin if im taming....-.- The insects thi...pain in the butt xD...- Want my fish? Havent come allong insects yet allong the road to the coords (no guarantees though)

The bay contains both silica pearl and oil, crystal, metal, and obsidian are all availible in the mountains to the east. Not sure where the unique resource dinos are found sadly.
