Hotkeys not working in Ark

So I have a few dinos in my single player and im unable to Remote use items from their inventory. I have a Phiomia and trying to force feed it Stemberries but im forced to right click and select consume. I tried pressing E but nothing works. I cant transfer any times using hot keys as well. I tried pressing T and nothing works. I have to left click, drag and drop. Is there a way to fix this? I checked the settings in Key Bindings menu however its all set exactly to default.

I get tired of this crappy bug. I have no problem on a server, but once I start playing single player the hotkeys don't work.

Tryed connecting a controller then unplugging it? Maybe that will fix the keyboard settings

Hey i found a fix! for me it worked when i closed and opened my game again
