Can GTX 1070 run this game in High settings?

Don't expect phenomenal FPS, but yes it will run well enough.

i guess it depends on the gb of your gpu, i have a 4gb GTX 970, i can run it on medium/high but my cpu could do with an upgrade. the 970 has a higher rating than the 1070. but if you have windows 10 you might get a lil performance boost with the gamemode, i know i wasnt able to give much insight to your question but i hope this helped a little.

also try going online and looking at arks performance ratings on a 1070, specifically the make and model you have.

1060 is better than the 970 also. It is usually closer to the 980 in most games.

i v got a gtx1070 gaming X 8go msi and i5 4670k, msi z97 gaming 5 motherboard and Corsair VENGEANCE PRO DDR3 2 x 4 Go 1600 MHz CAS 9, i CAN run on epic but i will crash or lag so for the moment i play on low because it s the best resolution to play smoothly.

I personally run a 1080Ti and can top out at 50FPS in most areas, if there are structures and large bases nearby you can cut that in half.

There are hundreds of videos of folks on YouTube and Twitch running SLI 1080s and insane builds never touching a solid 60 FPS.

If you're actually getting this performance on a simple 1070 I would encourage you to upload a YouTube Video and supply your specs, because you could be a world first.

If your running a 1080TI and never get above 50fps then your settings are wrong.

I have a 1070 and a 2600k at 4.8, 16g of ram and im getting 80fps on mostly high/epic settings.

with an msi gtx 1070 and i5 4670k i get 60fps easy in sp with all epic upscaled to 2k but on a server with other peoples oversized barns I get about 40-45 on high settings at 1920 x 1080

This question is completely useless if you don't provide us with the resolution you're running at.

1920x1080 is roughly 2M pixels that the videocard needs to update.
2560x1440 is roughly twice as many pixels.

The resolution matters guys. A lot.
