Commenting Game.ini and GameUserSettings.ini

Is it possiable to put comments into either of the ini files?

Ideally i want to be able to put a comment that is not read by the server so when i look back at the files i know what i was doing or what previous setting was if i had changed one etc.

Also do the files have to be in continus order or am i able to leave line breaks between each option if wanted.

The only way to do that is to keep a copy of the INI files, make you changes and comments in that and then save and copy it over the actual INI files. I do that by renaming the INI file copies to .TXT. I do all my editing of the INI file in the TXT file then copy and paste the changes to the INI files. This method also has the added benefit of keeping a spare copy of your INI file so that if WC releases another update that wipes out the INI file, you have a valid backup.

i keep a copy on my pc as always like to keep a backup but wasnt sure on the comments.
