I stopped saving berries at 2x weekends to be able to cook new dishes in the 2-3h i can play in the weekdays. This means id have to do that at the weekend too, what cuts time for farming and taming.
A other bug related to the windmills is that sometimes my windmill just stopps electrifying my electrical network for no reason. Its still turning the blades, but its not providing any electricity. I can only fix that by demolishing it and placing a new one.
The effect is the same with the fridge bug: everything is gone.
I dont use fridges atm except for eggs, dishes and jerky, because it makes no sense for me :(
Wind turbines don't provide power all the time, just because they are turning doesn't mean they are providing power, it should but it doesn't. you have to look at the wind zone you are in, if you are in a 20% zone then the turbine will only provide power 20% of the time even if it is turning 60% of the time, this becomes a major problem on the Island as they have not put in the feature to show you what wind zone you are in.
@OP I have never run into this bug, but I have never built a fridge on a raft, but I will tell you that I had a server on nitrado and their servers always seem to have more bugs than most servers do, I was able to load a backup on a local machine and could not duplicate the bugs I was getting on theirs.
Also kibbles and jerkies on fridges lose time if I reset the timer mixing them with full-time/recently-crafted ones.
In both cases never happens when im looking at them, its always if i logoff or get out of rendering range.
Out of 15 fridges or so, there were 2 or 3 that overnight spoiled way more than half of what was in them. The specific fridges seem to be repeat offenders, and the older ones.
It might solve to delete the fridge and set a new one.
If you would have read my post carefully you would have read that i can fix the turbine by placing a new one.
The new turbine starts to power my network IMMEDIATELY. If this would be because of wind percentage you could not just place a new one and it would work, since outage times are fixed.
Also its placed in an "unknown region" and those are known to give 24/7 electricity.
