outgoing reliable buffer overflow

every time i transer to another server on the cluster im playing on, im able to transfer but when i spawn in it desconnects me from server and gives this error outgoing reliable buffer overflow
any help on how to fix this

It happens when you transfer too much data and times out. Anything with your character contains data, stats, engrams, items, ect. Uploading items instead of carrying them in your inventory and getting rid of un nessacry engrams helps lower your data and stops timing out.

Does not happen on Official servers, but Unofficial servers it seems to happen all the time. You also do not get that when you have a server box running a cluster from what I am told. Unavoidable, just be aware, when you slot cap then transfer, there is always a possibility of items in your inventory turning invisible.
