RCON Port not listen!

Hi,

trying to communicate with external program with server over rcon port. But my problem is, that the rcon port ist not listen. I start the ARK Server on Linux Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with:

TheIsland?listen?MultiHome=EXTERNAL_IP?Port=7777?QueryPort=27015?RCONPort=27020?MaxPlayers=99 -server -log

Litenports from ShooterGame with command netstat -tulpen | grep -i ShooterGame
x.x.x.x:27015
x.x.x.x:7778

try changing the rcon port to something like 32333 or 32334

I believe steam may be interferring with ports 27015-27030
