Could anyone tell me if Ark sold out the rights to host unofficial pc sessions to Nitrado?

I would like to host on my own unofficial pc session for my friends as I. If anyone has any info for me I would really appreciate it.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a copy of a Nitrado xbox server?

I do recommend downloading Nitrado on your xbox first and buying the servers through xbox, then editing on your PC. I ran into trouble when purchasing a server on PC. (Just a suggestion)
