Wyvern eggs and nests not spawning
As it says above I was playing Ragnarok and in the Wyvern trench or any other locations there were no nests or eggs, I tried the whip technique thinking it was the invisible egg bug but nothing happened, there are no nests anywhere where they should be just empty hollowed out rocks where nests are usually kept. Is there a fix for this or even though I don't like using them, possibly a console command to fix the non-spawning nests and eggs? I even tried spawning an egg and when I drop the egg out of inventory it disappears. If anyone is wondering I have a legit game bought from steam, and all DLC including Extinction.

Is this on single player? Wyvern eggs probably didn't spawn as wyverns spawned as you got near. Turning off hibernation mode might help.

Otherwise, just keep coming back and forth, keep the wyverns alive though.

yes i can sadly only play single player, and yea the wyverns spawned, what's hybernation mode? sadly i couldnt keep the wyverns alive, they spotted and attacked me lol but when they respawn, i'll try again. there's always lag when i play ark, probably because my computer isnt the best for such a high end graphic game :( but they've never had a problem before, it wasn't until extinction was released that both nest and eggs dissapeared. thank you for the quick reply Panda

I don't know how it works for spawned in eggs, but I do know how to get regulars. First of all when a Wyvern spawns (male or female) there is a very high chance that an egg will spawn in a close proximity, in the viable spawn spots, with the same level (and the baby will have the same colors and stats of the parent). Wait a couple of minutes so the Wyverns respawn, if you did a dino wipe. If couple of Wyverns spawn in the same spot it will pick one random and place an egg close by. How I do an egg run is: I have max leveled Griffin with a lot of points put in damage, it have around 1k damage and with this you do around 1.9k damage per hit on the dive & swipe attack, so I kill the Wyverns, eat the eggs (the dino wipe command doesn't work on them) and repeat. It takes practice to fight them this way, but eventually it gets easier. Now there's still a bug that sometimes when you pick an egg it will immediately disappear from your inventory and that sucks.

Something is defnitely not right with the egg spawns. I see it so many times that at least 6 wyverns spawns in , but only 1 or 2 eggs and the rest of the nests stay empty. I have also seen many times that the eggs don't spawn the same time as the wyverns. I often have to hide behind a rock there that they don't see me and afk there for 20 minutes or so that the area stay loaded and then I will have eggs that spawned.

Running yourself a LAN server is less computer resource intensive than SP mode where the client is both client and server.

You avoid all the SP bugs and issues with hibernation. Plus any client crashes don't effect the server files.

Get ASM, its so easy.
