Is there a way to summon tamed dinos?
Some of mine have dissappeared, but they are not dead

use the command gmsummon "dinoID_character_bp_c"levelvalue
example:
gmsummon "dodo_character_bp_c"100

That spawns in a new dino. OP is asking about a way to locate and summon previously tamed dinos that have gone missing but are not registered as dead in the tribe log.

As far as I know, there's no command to summon your tamed dinos to you. There may be mods that let you locate your missing dinos, but I've never used any of them so I can't confirm.

If single player you can use a mod called "dino tracker". It has a tool that lists your tamed dinos and you can highlight one and track it. It will show an in-game arrow in what direction the dino is. Keep following the arrow and once you are close enough it will show a beam of light where it's standing , similar to the beam of light on your corpse when you died.

Also for SP -- awesome teleporters can summon tames. You need to place down at least one teleport pad, and you need to install a "dino tracker" (think of it as a GPS collar) on your dino. Then you can just click the option on the TP pad and the dino will be summoned to your side.

Just used it last night when a group of raptors jumped me, knocked me off the back of my level 154 wolf, and killed me before I could get back on. The wolf must have killed them but by the time I rezed, got on my Argy, and flew back to where my corpse was the wolf was nowhere in sight. So I flew back to the TP pad, and just summoned the wolf to my side. No idea where she had got to.

Do it the old fashion way, go out and look for them. Easier at night on a flyer at low height. as the name tag stands out more at night.
Try not to leave your tames on wander setting... as they will wander off.

There is a possibility that they will be killed as soon as you enter render range from where they were lost. Typically, this only happens when you are killed while riding, or near a tame and you respawn far enough away to be out of render range. As soon as you get close enough for the game engine to render that area, you will get the "your dino killed by blah-blah-blah" The dino's death wont usually occur until this happens, thus, it does not show up in the tribe log yet.

It is a single player. Where can I get this teleporter?

I have tried using a dino tracker. I lost them in a cave. They we're not in the cave nor on the surface. I'm thinking that they fell through the floor when I respawned ( I mistakenly respawned on the other side of the island).

The mod is called "Awesome Teleporters."

You will need some slightly advanced materials to make the teleporter (electronics, polymer). And you will need cooked prime meat (for whatever reason) to make the tracker.

But there are also spawn-in codes you can use if you don't want to bother with that.

The tracker though, cannot be used after the fact. You have to install it on your dinos (put it in their inv and then choose "consume") before you pull them to a t-pad.

Okay, thanks for your help.

+1 for Dino Tracker, since it's a SP you can log off wherever and I keep forgetting my floating Otter when I log in and just take off, so I HAD to install a tracker mod in the end.
