As far as I know, there's no command to summon your tamed dinos to you. There may be mods that let you locate your missing dinos, but I've never used any of them so I can't confirm.
Just used it last night when a group of raptors jumped me, knocked me off the back of my level 154 wolf, and killed me before I could get back on. The wolf must have killed them but by the time I rezed, got on my Argy, and flew back to where my corpse was the wolf was nowhere in sight. So I flew back to the TP pad, and just summoned the wolf to my side. No idea where she had got to.
Try not to leave your tames on wander setting... as they will wander off.
I have tried using a dino tracker. I lost them in a cave. They we're not in the cave nor on the surface. I'm thinking that they fell through the floor when I respawned ( I mistakenly respawned on the other side of the island).
You will need some slightly advanced materials to make the teleporter (electronics, polymer). And you will need cooked prime meat (for whatever reason) to make the tracker.
But there are also spawn-in codes you can use if you don't want to bother with that.
The tracker though, cannot be used after the fact. You have to install it on your dinos (put it in their inv and then choose "consume") before you pull them to a t-pad.
