what would be the one for the thyla in the desert location?? morella??

They want more. And I don't get it either. What do you mean all those dinos? Killing anything on that list will increase the Thyla spawns? It's a long list...

You can just increase the spawn weight. Use something like this:
DinoSpawnWeightMultipliers=(DinoNameTag=Thylacoleo,SpawnWeightMultiplier=0.5,OverrideSpawnLimitPercentage=true,SpawnLimitPercentage=0.5)

You can adjust the percentages as you see fit. Keep in mind that 1.0 is equal to 100 percent so do not put 100.0 there. That is like 10000 percent. Not even sure if it will take that number.

No, it means ANY of those dinos can spawn after killing ANY of those dinos; they all share same spawn container (note that some have bigger chance to spawn than others).

But lets not complicate this....you want more Thylas ? Open Game.ini and add

DinoSpawnWeightMultipliers=(DinoNameTag="Thylacoleo",SpawnWeightMultiplier=3.0,OverrideSpawnLimitPercentage=True,SpawnLimitPercentage=3.0)

oki thanks.. actually i am playing on a server dont own one. i m looking for more thyla and i noticeed that if some creature are around like molle or hyean or anky they didnt spawn.

Thylos spawn in 3 locations on Ragnarok Redwoods south west islands and Thunder Peaks 83 63 area
