Friendly PvE server with boosted rates?

Anyone have a friendly PvE server with boosted rates and an active community? Looking to join into either the Island or Ragnarok. Modded servers are good too (preferably S+)

We just started a server. Rag PVE. 2xXP, 5xTaming/Harvest, auto unlock engrams (with AB/EX) and ofcourse S+ and other mods. It's aimed at builders, and we've increased decay rates to last around 180 days on stone.

S+, Platforms+, Death Recovery, Classic Flyers, Auction House, Capitalism and some others.

We are setting up discord today probably, also working on a site. We're started the server 3 days ago and have been building a community center on the canyon bridge and an arena for events. So hoping to get some people active and start enjoying the possibilities.
