Map is out of metal.
While playing singleplayer I ran out of metal. And... It's not respawning, at all. I checked out many different options, but still absolutely no clue. As I know, this problem is actually exists only in singleplayer. So, any advice how to fix it?..

This is actually a bug in single player. You'd have to reduce the resource respawn player radius down to .01.

I realize this is cheating, but it's pretty much your best bet to fix the bug.

Switch to a LAN server with ASM instead of single player mode. No resource respawn bug there. Just move you save files, and rename the character one to steam64ID. It actually runs more efficiently than single player mode even on the same PC.

This is your best option, and is really a must for all single players.

Yeah. The only thing you lose is pause, but there are admin commands you could use for emergencies.

Yes, use LAN server with ASM to play. Install ASM->Ark->Run the server.

Join the server, play a few minutes, leave the server

Stop the server, check what files the server created, replace those files with your single player files ( keep the same names as the server created).

Run the server, join, you should now have your single player map + stuff + base + creatures in the server.

Enjoy Ark-SP-bug-free servr !!

I have a large base on herbivore island on the island. No problems there or up on Whitesky for sure.
This must be the most annoying issue in a sp game.
It leave's me to wonder if some mod is pulling a fast one. To inconsistent😔 maddening..
