[Ragnarok] Can you lure Megalosauruses out of the Carnivorous Caverns?

Can I kite wild Megalosauruses out of the Carnivorous Caverns (Center-North Cave on Ragnarok) and tame them outside, or do I have to tame them inside the cave and ride them out?

I'm quite sure you can bait them out, but don't lose agro on your way out.

Yeah, you can probably bait them to follow you out, but, oof, that seems like way too much work considering the pathing, mobs, and distance, even if you find one "close" to the exit.

Remember there's multiple exits to the cave. The easiest one to walk out of is in the swamp around the castle. Don't even bother trying to swim one out the castle basement lol
