Supply crates not accessible

Hello everyone I do not know if anybody has problems with accessing supply crates but I have noticed that some of them are not accessible particularly if they go into rocks just tried to access a purple supply crate I have the level that is required to access the people supply Crate and yet I couldn’t access The purple supply crate because of the position that the drop was in developers please look at fixing your supply crate drops and perhaps make them not go into rocks or into positions where nobody can access them

When faced with a supply crate that is unaccessible, I will use "ghost"

Welcome to Ark, where supply crates have been clipped into the terrain since day 1 and have never been fixed. Don't hold your breath on it ever happening at this point.

This. Too bad that only works for SP/server admin and not everyone else. :P

Never played on an "official" server since I play SP only. Thanks for the info!

Put in ticket on official server to report issue so they fix it.
