How often does this game go on sale?

I'm thinking of buying this game due to it's extremely cool concept but can't because I just got into it recently and the summer sale ended a few weeks ago. Does this game ever go on random sales aside from seasonal sales (such as the halloween or christmas sale)?

Its been on sale every month in some capacity either here, humble bundle etc since November. You just missed the steam summer sale by a few weeks as well.

Just be patient and look to August potentially next. Otherwise the steam fall sale for the next official steam sale period if you dont want to gamble with uncertainty as to when.

But fair warning. You will not be able to play on steam because the Microsoft Store version is -only- on the Universal Windows Platform and not steam's. Its also only the Win10 version incase the OP doesnt have win10.

In other words if he gets that he wont have access to playing with friends on steam nor the modded content(which can be a big factor too).

So suggesting the OP get the MS store version when they're asking on steam could be construed as a bit disingenuous.

Given that weekly someone comes on here either thinking that they can play the steam version on xbox's UWPlatform or vice versa either prior to or post purchasing one or both, its always better to err on the side of caution to be sure.

Honestly I might go with this. I'll wait and hopefully it goes on sale for $20 in August.

Thanks for the suggestion but I'll go with steam since I'm trying to play with some of my friends and download mods from the community. Thanks anyways!
