Custom Server: Tek Chestpiece & Leggings not working properly.

As the title says i host a custom server at ARKServers, i have 24 mods running on-top of the Ragnarok Map.

I am not the only one experiencing this bug, so i don`t think we are powering it up wrong or the likes.

So we finally crafted our first set off Tek armor and powered it up with some element. It shows 100% so good to go. Visor is working, slam is working and the fall damage protection is working. If i try to use the leggings for the boost, or the Chestpiece for the Jetpack it says i would need more element to boost.

I checked the game- & gamesettings- .ini if there are any tek related settings but there were no relevant ones.

I got even half a stack of element in the inventory, tried re-equipping or dropping it to maybe reset the armour piece but nothing. So i suspect a mod is messing things up. Hope one of you guys have encountered that problem before.
