How to increase speed stat on Snow Owl?
I am on a multiplayer server for me and my friends and was curious if it is possible to allow point allocation into the speed stat of the Snow Owl? Could this be done in any way through the game.ini?

Not unless there is a mod which allows it no.

Afaik snow owl was never added to the devkit.

increase the imprint multiplicator. its the only flyer that scales its speed with it.

While this is true, it also shifts the imprint effect on other dino's (like health and melee), witch might not be the desired effect.
