Report a translation problem
Instead of looking at your chibi. Look at your Survivor mark in your inventory. It tells you if you have maxed chibi levels for yourself or not.
Since you state you were level 120 and maxed one out and now are level 125, that's a good indication you've gotten all the levels you can from your chibi leveling experience. Any chibi hereafter is not going to award you more exp levels. Its a 1 time per character 5 levels only.
