Leveld my chibi to max and did not get any extra levels

So I got a c-day chibi and finally got it to max level but it did not unlock any extra levels, was that only a one time thing that I got back during christmas? I have got conflicting answers as to it was one +5 and some say no it was 5 for xmas and 5 for vday and some say its only during the even itself and some say its anytime you can unlock them?

Are you max level? It doesn't give you levels when it levels up, it starts you on your next level. You still have to earn the xp, yourself. If you are not max level already, it doesn't help you.

I am at lvl 125 now and I finished the chibi and it says lvl 6 alpha xp 2,025,000 (max level) next to it I did max one out when I was level 120 and got myself up to 125 and this is my second I completed

Only one works. Once you've leveled one, that's it. You don't get 5 levels for every one you level.

Instead of looking at your chibi. Look at your Survivor mark in your inventory. It tells you if you have maxed chibi levels for yourself or not.

Since you state you were level 120 and maxed one out and now are level 125, that's a good indication you've gotten all the levels you can from your chibi leveling experience. Any chibi hereafter is not going to award you more exp levels. Its a 1 time per character 5 levels only.
