Genesis mission completion resets

On my Unofficial server with the same character I logged in today and I previously had completed 58 missions. Now it is showing that I have no mission completed and my glitch progress has been reset. Does anyone know what causes this? Its the second time its happened to me.

I figured it out and will leave this up as a warning to other players. You can use the console command clearmybuffs to reset the cryopod cryo sickness timer. But if you use clearmybuffs it also resets all Genesis mission completion progress and Glitches found progress.
