Lootcrates don't open ?
I can't open Lootcrates, when I exchange Hexagons for Lootcrates it drops the Lootcrate into my Inventory. The only option I get is drop it. [can't access the loot]

One of the Mission drops, is a Claw, Trying to equip it doesn't work - can drag it onto my bar that's it . Same with the Shoulder Cannon.

No Idea why that is any suggestions?

To equip the Tek stuff (even mission rewards) you need to unlock the recipe by doing the boss

thanks for the reply.

Still leaves the Lootcrates or do I have to defeat something to open them too?

No the loot crate could be related to stack mods, or so i have heard.

so they don't open when you have a stacked mod active?
[Like Stacked Foundations]

I think there not supposed to appear in your inventory is what i heard, and some stacking mods seems to cause that to happen, i have not bought any myself yet. But that is what people are saying. It's designed to open into your inventory when bought, so you only see what is inside instead of the crate itself.

By a stacking mod he meant a mod like stackmemore which increases the stack amount of a lot of items, like with meat you can stack it to 1000 instead of 20. But to do this, the mod has to remove the current meat and replace it with their own custom meat that allows it to be stacked higher

Basically a stacking mod replaces a lot of items thus changing their code, and they've been known to have issues with new items that aren't included in the stacking mod

I heard the crates arent even worth opening in the first place. The tier 3 one still gives stone and primitive crap.

S+ then probably.. guess I have to get the Items from HNLA and ditch the crates

I don't think it's S+. It's a stack mod. I have S+ and a stack mod on my server and don't have this issue but it depends on the exact mod you have. By stack mod it's an inventory increase mod. I use UltraStacks and can confirm it doesn't interfere.
