Genesis: abort Missions

Is there a way to abort a started mission? It's VERY annoying, for example, if you make a race-mission, and you know, you won't complete it within the time-limit, but must wait till the time is up.

(for example: the race-mission at the ocean-biome.)

Yes you can!
If you go into the mission menu within your inventory there should be a big "cancel mission" button in the top right corner :D
