Do not have the Tek Claw and Shoulder Cannon engram

I looked in all crafting machines i can't find those engrams. well i can' find them in the machines but i see the engramms in my engram list and they are unlocked duo to server settings. i do have other engrams from Genesis like saddles but these are missing. Pls help
What is broken, which setting turned these off, what did i ♥♥♥♥ed up?
