Genesis Animals Cross Arks?

So I am trying to load into Genesis now, but was wondering something that may kill the whole experience for me.... Since Gen is all a simulation are creatures tamed in the simulation (for ex. the Space Whale) transferable back to other normal Arks, say the Island? If not, what about with the Dino Storage V2 mod?

with out owning Genesis i am speculating. to answer your question i believe they are, seeing as how i had to, with out owning the dlc, download the textures, the dino info the weapon info and everything but the map info, i would say that yes you can transfer them across to the other arks. you however may not be able to feed them if they require special food.

It wouldn't make much sense if you could not do it. But then again, it doesn't make logical sense to be able to transfer virtual animals into the 'real' (Island, Rag, etc) world lol. But this is a game and being able to take them anywhere is more important than logic in this case.

I imagine so, though I haven't tried yet. I mean, with lore and stuff transferring dinos and even yourself makes them lines of computer code until they are transferred onto a different ARK, so I imagine the ARK technology is so advanced that if they can turn creatures from being physical to computer magic to being physical again, they can take the lines of code from your simulation creatures and make them a physical being in the real world. So it would make sense for it to work.

Well... I can't confirm this yet but already running into a heap of bugs. My Tek Chest & Gauntlets make those area of my body invisible, Bloodstalkers on higher level servers (Im on single player) are gonna be a HUGE PAIN. I cheated in 100 bloodpacks just to test their taming on a 300 level and it went through 300 blood packs in a few mins and when I used a super spyglass to see it's tame it was about 1/10th the way tame OMFG that is unacceptable!. Lastly (so far) in my SP game I use -preventhibernation. I went from the bog after really taming a bloodstalker to the moon biome. 'Loaded' in and was getting 12 fps!!!! Did a dino wipe and instantly went to 75, but now no dinos are completely not spawning ANYWHERE in ANY biome and ANY dinosaur/creature. Going to exit the game and come back in and hope it fixes that spawning bug at least. I will say as long as they took to release this DLC is needed to be polished more. Not sure if these issues are exclusive to me, being on a Single Player world, but either way it's unacceptable.
