Nothing, then you found your mistake.
Pellets just bring the disco lights for better production but aren't food to produce on.
Well best Food ever is Plant Y Traps, everything else works too, they literally eat anything it just differs in means of how fast crystals are produced.
not really they only stack to 10 making it the worst food you can give them even on official berries stack to 100 making them far better
The *speed* at which gachas produce crystals is highest when feeding structures. Y traps being the cheapest structure available.
So sure if you want to bugger off and leave it alone a higher stack size is better. But if you're in the area and want raw speed of crytals to get more resources then traps are the way.
Can also adjust the stack sizes if 10 isnt enough for you in the ini files.
You need to give it actual gacha food. Pellets alone only improve the quality of the next item crystal.
• When it gets hungry, it eats food.
• When it eats food, it looks for a pellet.
• If a pellet is found, it eats it and looks for food.
• If it finds food than it will eat it - regardless of being hungry or not.
• If it eats more food, it looks for another pellet.
• If another pellet is found, it eats it and looks for food.
• The cycle repeats until it runs out of food or pellets.
• When the cycle stops, the gacha has to be hungry enough to start the digestion cycle once more.
Except we're talking about a Gacha gavager here, that thing has a slot count of 1000 should be enough to feed that Gacha for some time, don't you think?
First off let me explain my setup I have 20 Gachas all with Gavagers... I have super bred Gacha with 254 Crafting skill and 100+ weight. I have tried plant Y traps and Stim berries both. Feeding them Plant Y they eat for 2 days then have to be refilled. Feeding them 200k+ Berries they can eat for 2 weeks without needing any sort of input from me. So i have tried both and my opinion still stands that Stim Berries are way better for a setup to be run with very little input from anyone. Also Plant Y fills up the Gavager and the Gacha too fast, whereas the berries dont
If you want sheer speed of crystals then you need structures. i.e. more resources with more maintenance.
if you want your carefree lifestyle of fill and forget then berries. i.e. less resources in return for less maintenance.
They both have a place in the workflow... But are better for different reasons.
If you are playing every day use the former. If you want less maintenance use the latter.
