If you are hosting the servers on your local LAN and other remote users are transferring between servers normally... And you can play on each server fine but have issues transferring only...
Then that is because your router does not support NAT loopback.
If the ASM cluster is on a different computer, a quick fix is to use a VPN on the machine that you are playing the game from. This will force you to connect from outside the LAN and therefore NAT loopback won't be involved.
Start by researching your router and go to their user forums for more assistance on configuring NAT loopback if you get stuck.
Word of warning... if you got your router from your ISP it is probably a piece of ♥♥♥♥ barely capable for your grandmother/parents to check their email/facebook. In many of these devices advanced features are either locked down or absent altogether.
Take backups before doing anything of course.
On the destination servers, whilst shutdown, delete both your local primary profile file as well as the backup. Then copy the profile bak file from the source server to the destination servers. Take the bak files only.
When you boot you should have your character.
You may need to be reinvited to the tribes though.
You will also appear as a duplicate version of yourself. Simply boot the old you from your tribes and eat the flesh of your old body ;-)
So I played around and figured out how the profile files work.
