Northwest Cave Artifact and Explorer Note not Spawning.

I've googled this for an answer and couldn't find anything except stuff from 2016 and the wiki doesn't mention any bugs with the cave besides dead bodies falling through the ground if you die in the pits. So I am playing single player and the artifact crate doesn't spawn nor does the explorer note mentioned on the wiki. I've waited about 4 hours and still no spawn. I've switched to a non dedicated server and still no spawn. normal loot crates spawn. creatures spawn. I am using a mod, S+, I've tried disabling it and still no spawns. Is there a fix for this? is there a command to give myself the missing explorer note so I can get the achievement? its the only one I am missing. I've been cheating the artifact in but would love to get its spawner working.

Explorer notes are always in the cave, they are not linked to respawns.
You can cheat in the artifact if you need it, as far as i know you cant cheat in explorer notes only.

There is no no explorer note. I've looked at videos of the cave and have been in the exact place. I've got all other notes on the island. I have used the ghost command to move above and under the cave but I still can't find the note

yea explorer notes can't be cheated, you have to go out of your way to find those things....which I swear to Raptor Jesus that 99% of the time it's effectively like trying to find a piece of keratin in the world's largest dump a titanosaurus had with how hard it is locating the damn box

Also, the artifact that spawns in the far NW arty cave is bugged in single player. It never spawns. You'll have to use the admin cheat command to give it to yourself. This along with the bugged resource respawns in singleplayer are why I made the move over to using ASM for my solo games. (ASM basically sets up a virtual dedicated server on your PC to connect to for your games so Ark runs as a dedicated server game and not in single player mode where these bugs are.)

If your really sure its not there, then it looks like more is broken with your game, i have never had any issues finding notes when an artifact (or entire cave for that matter) has not spawned.

That link should list all notes and dosiers, find the one your missing and teleport to it, im quite sure you will find it that way (might also want to turn on god mode just incase there is a full respawn) :)
They are rather hard to spot sometimes, and even using the cheat codes listed your most likely going to have to look around a bit a to find it (as in with in a few meters of where you land).

One time, I went to the point of the artifact and it wasn't there. I went back toward the entrance and returned. There it was. I could tell it was going to be there because that funny wavy thing that always occurs when you get near an artifact was happening. I don't know if this helps.

That caves doesnt have a note, there are notes close to the cave but not inside the cave ...

The gamepedia is confusing, the page for the northwest cave says there is a note right before the artifact

The gamepedia also doesn't note that the artifact of the skylord doesn't spawn on single player or non dedicated though. I did find post describing those issues from 2017 so I figured that would have been fixed by now. I'll try to figure out where the last note I am missing is at then and I guess I'll try the simple spawners mod to create the artifact spawn

It is sometimes (actually more then sometime tbh lol) yes, thats why i often just look at that map and external sources like the other link i posted. I know for a fact that the cords on the other link are correct (those are the cords i used with my gps to find the notes), and the northwest cave is also not mentioned on that list.

I just put down a spawner for the artifact using the simple spawner mod. So its basically fixed
