Dropped all my items inside a cave and my items went inside the ground. Please help

I was in the north west cave and dropped all my items and they went inside the ground. I used cheat ghost to try to get them but i couldn't access my bag. I saw the time it was going to decompose and everything but i couldn't access it. Anyone know how i could get my items back?

Try placing another item on the ground and pressing F while looking at it. Should pick up all nearby items. (maybe)

Sadly not no, this is why the majority of people use mods like death recovery.
Once the bag is below the mesh, there seems to be no way to recover what is inside said bag.

Only way to get back what is inside it would be to cheat it back im afraid.

But does death recovery work on my items if i pressed "drop all items" cause technically i didnt die i just dropped my items

Nope, but this is the same end result (bag stuck in mesh), hench why i mentioned it.
