Cant able to join the servers by IP adress

Is anyone know how to solve this problem? I'm trying to write the correct IP adress on Favorites list at the settings. But it wont show up. I tryed another ARK server IP adress too, nothing worked. Tryed different game IP adresses, it worked... Like CS:GO etc. Also in game when i try to go ''Join ARK'' and then ''Unofficial'' server tab, every server is locked for me at that ''Unofficial'' tab. Does anyone know what is the problem here?

Did you try looking up the server on battlemetrics to see if its visable there.
battlemetrics also allows you to directly connect, might be worth a try.

I checked the servers at ark-servers.net
Also, i checked on battlemetrics too. Same as for another games. CS:GO or any other games that i can join with IP adress. But when i try to add the ARK server IP adress at the settings in Favorites tab. It wont show up.

For example, EliteARK servers are avaliable to see in Battlemetrics, but when i try to add the IP adress at the settings, the server wont pop up. Also I got error pop up on my game screen while i try to directly connect to server ''Theres another pending session''

Yes... I tryed to directly connect, it wont worked. Got the ''Theres another pending session'' error. Also when i try to add the IP address, server wont pop up so i cant able to connect either. Can you please try to add this IP addresses if its working for you, there is another problem going on.

I try 2 different servers by IP addresses

1- 144.217.11.22:7785
2- 213.32.6.159:6970

Is this both IP adress working for you while trying to add them on Steam favorites list?

To find them you would need the Servers IP Address with the Query Port
Like this for instance: 144.217.11.22:27023

Yep, this is why i asked if the battlemetrics connect link works, as it uses the right ports to querry.

Was still looking at other potential issues, since he said BM connect also dint work, but i cant see any other issues.

well if you look closer at the link you provided, you'll notice the blue icon under the Name, just a side from the green upvote button. It would connect you to the server and it if you right click on it and select "copy link address" you would get the IP.Address and the Query Port.


Query Port is the Port the Server uses for Connecting, always. You don't see it if using the Steam list cause Steam manages this automatically i guess.

edit: Oh you can't know. You can guess, original Serverport is 7777 they used 7785. Original Queryport is 27015 + the port raise of 8 on the Server Port you end up with 27023. Just logic behavior ;-)

Well it seems like Ark-server is wrong, because its not online atm, or its in a hangstate since yesterday (29th). Some server listings still pick-up the server as online in those cases, battlemetrics sometimes does this as well sometimes, i had that issue with my own server.
