Gacha babies

Has, anyone else ran into the issue, where they litterally eat slower than they loose hunger. And thus starve to death if you are not force feeding them and shoving food down their throats at all times? (Not to mention eating thousands of berries or meat while growing even just to juvanile)

berries? im planning to start breeding them soon. I was assuming they would require stone to eat, maybe even owl pellets. I already bred 7 owls so i have no shortage of pellets.

Yeah for whatever reason I can't make it eat the stone or anything that isn't normally food even though stone is "food" for them, and it eats to slowly by itself for the stone to work otherwise. Just starves to death really quickly even with it in their inventory.

i think you have to use crafted items. actually i try campfire and it looks like it works :)

This is ARK and the bugs on it, this one's very stubborn and probably will never be fixed. There's only one thing that matters for the company; a new DLC.

I have bred many gachas now, 0 issues. just use owl pellets. they seem a bit picky on food as babys.

Works fine with berries for me, just dont leave them on them cause despite not dropping crystals, they do sit and eat anything you feed them as if they are regenerating crystals (with no food gain).

Also on my boosted rates they magically gain food, i dont even have to feed them to keep them alive.

Just raw meat works for me, it doesn't starve.

I have been breeding them with no issues but I am put meat and stone on them. They eat a ton while growing. But hey they are very op mine are giving me ascendant gear that is unreal for the price of stone after they are grown

How you get gear? Im keeping getting only resources, dont really know what more to feed them to give me gear :/

You give them owl pellets + a resource like stone and they drop gear. Get into it in case of nerf cos some of this gear is ridiculously OP like 600 armor flak / riot or 600 dmg weapons.

The items are rare, just give them piles of stone and droppings and you'll get a whoile bunch of resources and 1 or 2 pieces of random gear.
