Managarmr taming issue

Managarmr was knocked out in mid air, no big deal, Went to tame it, and when it tamed it just kept Elevating and floating and rising up.... whistling follow did nothing either, Any help ?

I figured out the floating manas are the best ones to tame bc they r easy if u know how to do it and you don’t have to worry abt setting up defenses so it doesn’t get eaten. Doesn’t matter how high it is, but ur gonna need a pteranodon or something that can pick u up. So first, get ur buddy to pick u up on a pt and fly u close to it and you need to tranq it out (I like to use tranq arrows w/ a crossbow bc it doesn’t take that many more arrows than darts and they r cheaper.) and bc it is stuck in the air, u should be able to tranq it out pretty easily. Once he’s down, he’ll just lay in mid air and won’t move. Then, make sure u have food already, but if u don’t, there’s another easy solution I’ll talk abt in a minute. So what u need to do is get your friend to fly u right above the mana (make sure you’re perfectly above its back, and let him drop you from the bird. Because he is laying down, you will land right on the mana’s back. Now u play the waiting game. U are responsible for making sure his torpor stays at a good amount, and ur buddy can go fly down and get prime or mutton for it (you can use regular meat, but, who wants to wait that long?) when ur buddy has meat for it, just tell him to fly near the mana, and u should be able to access the pt’s inventory and get the meat out. Now, once the mana gets to abt 90% taming, this is where u need to focus. Make sure u already have the mana saddle ready in your inventory. Once the mana finishes taming, he’s going to do a little animation of him finishing, then he will slowly start floating up. The good news is though, you should still be on his back if u haven’t moved. So now while urinate him and he’s floating up, go in his inventory and put the saddle on him. Now ride him (sometimes when I hit “e” to ride him when doing this, it doesn’t work, so I just hold “e” and on the menu I click ride which works for me.) Once u are riding him u are going to want to spam left click. This will make him boost down to the ground, and it may take a few tries. You can also try clicking wasd, to try to get him unstuck as well. Eventually, he will get unstuck, and there u go, easy mana tame. Don’t have to worry about anything killing it, and it’s basically afk for u while ur friend goes and gets all the meat😂 Hope this helps! Sry for the length🤦‍♂️
