2.No. PvP strategy prevent anyone from getting strong.
Plus griefing is PvP.
If PVP servers were a state, then "Griefing you every day by the same people" would be the state motto.
Not everyone defines it the same way.
You may feel you are being griefed...but those 'griefing' may just feel they are PvPing..
It you don't want to play with those kinds of players, then you needs ENFORCED rules against it.
Here is a mod (I use a different mod from this author) it was designed for their PvP servers. Maybe worth checking them out.
