Sarco's in Extinction

So...

I think I'm getting to the point where I want to take on my first Titan (the DESERT Titan, specifically). [Who knows if that is a good idea... lol] I have gotten to Tek Tier, got myself some fully maxed out armor, a maxed-damage Assault Rifle, and plenty of element to keep me in the air. And yes, I am attempting this SOLO. (Single player Mods are the best :D)

The Requirements for the Desert Titan fight, in case you don't yet know, is it's artifact, 100 corrupted hearts, 10 Fire Talons, and 10 Sarco Skins.

Only issue with this, is that I cant find the Sarco's to get their skins. I checked the Desert Dome, all possible Water-based areas of the City, and everywhere in the Sunken Forest. Does anyone know where, or if, they spawn? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Go to the south central to south eastern end of the sanctuary city, there is a place called "The Trench" full of swamp things and also has megalania, megalosaurs and kaprosuchus.

Hey I know you didnt ask for any kind of advice but here's what i did: I tamed a male and female of the highest level argies i could and a highest i could find velanosaur...hatched an egg from the argie and imprinted it. then took the imprinted one in there...while riding the velono i had the argy follow me and used the argie to fly up there to kill the alpha version of the desert titan ez pz! hope this helps! (btw you can skip the breeding steps but its safer imo) this titan doesnt require a lot of anything if you soup up a good argie with hp and damage

Hey guys, I want to tackle the desert titan too and I came here while finding out where the sarco's are but I have a question after reading this. The REASON I want to tackle the desert titan (apart from fun) is because I haven't unlocked tek and I thought I had to defeat the desert titan to unlock tek. How can I get to Tek legitimately without defeating a titan?? I want to get to Tek so I can be best equipped to go round and defeat all the titans. Any help would be massively appreciated.

Extinction was build off the assumption you killed all the other bosses BEFORE you had gone there. While killing Titans does give you some tek engrams, they don't give you everything
