cryopod NOT working

So me and 2 tribe mates got cryopods 5 in total they run around grabing dinos left and right but MINE doesn't work period. I shove my arm out and nothing. I can throw them out but can't use them to pick up stuff.

You have to hold them at the closest point on the dino. Some are easy to cryo, others are harder and you have to move around and find the sweet spot.

yeah it doesn't work and it doesn't mater WHICH dino I try and do or what angle I try.

Are you holding your left click? It can take a few seconds. Try first person. Third seems glitchy

been using first person only. left click hold it down My arm extends and then it comes back.

Do you have to have tek unlocked?

No. No tek unlocked. I just hold left click until I see blue lights and release. You are trying to cryo tamed dino's right and not thinking this is Pokemon and trying to catch wilds?... lol

Ok so I figured it out. You have to have the ability to unclaim dinos. if you do not cryo pods don't work.

That's strange... How does it work on official small tribes then because you can't unclaim dino's

It works perfectly for me on my non dedicated, I don't have to unclaim.

Is there some official documentation on what the prerequisites are, in terms of permissions, to be able to use the cryopod? I cannot use it, either, in a tribe where I do not have admin nor can I unclaim dinos, and all dinos are tribe-owned.
