Extinction Defense Units

Do those machines spawn all over the map? Started in the easy area south, more or less in the center off the map, have my base in 54-50. Why do those f..... Attack tamed passive dinos? Do they spawn only in that area? I would move my base if they do not spawn in all over the place.
Where would you ppl suggest to move my base?

They only spawn in sanctuary, and they attack anything organic, except players. I'm guessing ancient players created them in a last-ditch attempt to keep corrupted dinos out.

I suggest Sunken Forest or Desert.

You can always kill them they have 400-700 hp and only hit for about 6 damage to players,
You can stun lock them by hitting them in the back.

Also i am rather sure they were counted as a security force for the city.
As such they only spawn in the city and kill non human things,

Positive note they give Massive xp for killing maybe more then a trex making them a perfect training method.

Ty. Well, have to move my base then. There they keep attacking my tames.

I have killed 1 or 2 when they where attacking wild dinos, but some have 3k hp on the server i play, they can go yo lvl 210
