I believe Argy spawns in the city actually, but I could be wrong. Probably has some other spawns, like in the snow area, but I could be completely wrong, so don't take my word for it. Quetzals though, no clue.

i seen them both spawn in the city or above it also argy spawn around the snow dome but not in it

I've seen a couple of Quetzals in the north-west section of the map, a little ways past the colossal bones sticking out of the ground. Pretty nasty area by the looks of it!

I've seen argies in the city along wiith quetzles. Unfortunatly those big stupid birds i've also seen around the wasteland with relitive frequrencey. I dont think theres a higher chance of seeing one anywhere particular. Dumb sacks of garbage.... Can you tell i dont like them...

I've seen alot of Argies around Green Ob, and Quetz seem to fly around above the city mostly.
